Mary Ann Davis Muddiman

Mary Ann Davis Muddiman, 87, of Nebo, passed away at Deer Park Health & Rehabilitation on Saturday evening, February 22, 2025.

 

She was born in Fairfax County, Virginia on August 14, 1937 to the late Robert D. Davis and Frances Chapura Garvey. Her step-father, Edward Garvey, also preceded her in death.

 

Mary Ann was a great cook, and her family will lovingly remember her wonderful meals for years to come. She had a heart for animals, particularly dogs the family owned throughout her life. She found great enjoyment by spending time in the outdoors, whether it was through fishing or simply taking a walk. Above all, she will be remembered for her wholehearted devotion to her family. She was a loving wife to her late husband, Clyde Muddiman, to whom she was married to for 64 years until his death in 2019. Mary Ann was also a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. 

 

She is survived by her three children, Curtis Muddiman, William Muddiman, and Linda Canterbury (Bruce); six grandchildren, Nicholas Muddiman, Erik Muddiman, Destiny Kidd (Brandon), Shawn Anderson, Ryan Capach (Sara), and Brandon Capach; and five grandchildren, Chloe, Lindsey, Caleb, Brooks, and Ollie.
