Mary Arnold Obituary
Mrs. Mary Anderson Arnold, 84, passed away Friday, Oct. 31, 2025, in the Tift Regional Medical Center, Tifton, GA, following an extended illness.
Mrs. Arnold was born Oct. 27, 1941 in Telfair County to the late Robert B. Anderson and Sophia Joiner Anderson. She had worked for YKK in Macon, GA and was a member of the Hopewell Baptist Church in Rhine, GA. She loved flowers and doing traveling. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, one daughter: Debbie Sue Anderson; one brother: Earl Anderson; one grandson: Austin Arnold and one granddaughter: Melissa Register.
Survivors are two sons: Randy Arnold, Tifton and Joseph Arnold, New York; one sister: Shirley Geiger, Cogdell; two brothers: R.C. Anderson (Sadie), Vienna, GA, and Carl Anderson, Macon, GA; two grandchildren: Johnathan Martin, Argyle, Debbie Lynn Cook; four great grandchildren: Memphis Martin, Timmy Martin, Alissa Giddens and Anna Giddens, Argyle; and several others relatives.
Graveside services for Mrs. Arnold will be held Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at the Hopewell Baptist Church in Rhine, GA. Officiating will be Rev. W.G. Smith.
The family will receive friends at the cemetery from 1:30 till 2 p.m. at Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Homerville.
