Mary Ann Brown

Mary Ann Brown, 57, of Sicklerville passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025 at Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Irvington. Born in Bridgeton, she was the daughter of the late Homer Brown, Sr. and Fannie Lee Burns Brown. She had grown up in the Cedarville, Fairton and Bridgeton areas before moving to Sicklerville. Mary Ann had previously been employed with the McDonald's Restaurant in Paulsboro. She is survived by a son, Jovan Patterson of Sicklerville; her siblings, Alice Lovett, Mattie Bryant, Susan Brown, Frankie Mae Brown, Patricia Brown and James Henry Brown. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Lois Ann Brown, Jennie Lee Matthews, Frances Brown, Thomas Brown, Eugene Brown, John Lee Brown, Homer Brown, Jr. and Homer Brown, III. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 5th at the Padgett Funeral Home, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township at 11:00 AM. A visitation will take place from 10:00 to 11:00 AM prior to the services at the funeral home. Interment will be made at Haleyville Methodist Cemetery in Commercial Township.
