Mary Magdalene Dixon was born to Norman and Lydia Foster on September 23, 1933, in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She was married to the late Charles James Dixon and the late Basil Killies.
She was a wonderful mother to three children: Charles Norman (Linda), Edith Gail McGee (Edward) and John James Dixon (Nancy). Mary was blessed with many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great grandchildren. Five beautiful generations of love and heartfelt memories and she loved every minute of it.
Those who knew her often spoke of her kindness, her big heart, and a smile that always greeted you. She was always helping others and never thinking of herself. Mary was a precious soul. On Easter, Jesus called her home.
