Mary Anne Folcher of Mount Laurel, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at Virtua-Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly. She was 81.

Born in Camden, the daughter of the late Mary and William O'Neill; Mary Anne was a proud alumnae of Camden Catholic HS and Rutgers University. She was a longtime resident of Westmont and Parishioner at Holy Savior before retiring with her husband to Hainesport where she was a Parishioner at Our Lady Queen of Peace.

Mary Anne was a career woman and mother. She taught in the Medford School System, was a lab instructor at Temple University and Rutgers University. Mary Anne then became an Editor at Biosis, W. B. Sunders and Elsevier. Her famous line was that she edited Jonas Salk.

She was never one to turn down a day trip or an adventure with the grandchildren and enjoyed spending pool days at the Glen with them. Mary Anne enjoyed summers at the Jersey shore and traveling to Europe with her family. She was a Phillies and Eagles fan and was known to share her thoughts on Facebook. She loved art and enjoyed visiting museums on her travels.

Mary Ann edited the newsletter at The Glen in Hainesport. A breast cancer survivor, she lived the final year of her life at Arbor Terrace in Mount Laurel and she was especially fond of her "lunch group."

Predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Daniel, she is survived by her 3 children Kurt and Carol (Moerman) Folcher, Regina Folcher, and Alexander Folcher (Heather Trautz). 6 grandchildren: Cassandra Folcher (Marco Paul), Emily Folcher, Mia Folcher, Sean Folcher, Claire Folcher, and Lily Folcher; and a great-grandson Noah Paul. She is also survived by her brothers and sister Larry (Anna) O'Neill, William O'Neill, and Kathleen (Ken) Pridham, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was the sister of the late Thomas O'Neill.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing on Wednesday evening December 3rd from 4-8pm at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Thursday, December 4th at 10:30am at Our Lady of Good Counsel RC Church, Main St., Moorestown, NJ. Entombment will follow at Jesus, Bread of Life Cemetery in Mount Laurel.
