Mary Kay Gerlach

(nee Dietz)

Formerly of Wauwatosa. Mary was born to eternal life on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the age of 83.

Beloved wife of the late John Gerlach to whom she was married to on October 6, 1963. Loving mother of Beth (Rocky) Joas, Amy (Dave) Rapozo, John Gerlach, and Katie (Jason) Satterfield. Proud grandmother of Hannah Pomasl, Halie Pomasl, Molly Rapozo, Matt Rapozo, Claire Gerlach, Emma Satterfield, Jack Satterfield, and Piper Satterfield. Proud great-grandmother of Kayden, Franklin, and Elijah. Dear sister-in-law of Candace (the late Richard) Dietz. Also remembered by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Esther (nee Murphy) Dietz.

The family wishes to express sincere thanks to Angie, RN with Community Care, the entire Hart Park Square Community and staff, who offered care, kindness, and support over the past 6 years.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10, CHRIST KING CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2604 N. Swan Blvd., Wauwatosa, from 8:30 AM to 9:45 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee.
