Mary Ginardi

Mary Ginardi, of Roe Ave., Elmira, NY, died early Monday morning, October 31st, 2022, at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center, at the noteworthy age of 101. Mary was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Josephine (Nastasi) Ginardi; brothers, Salvadore Ginardi and Daniel J. Ginardi. Mary leaves behind several dear and caring friends. She was a parishioner of the Elmira Catholic Parish Most Holy Name Of Jesus; and a long time, loyal employee of the Eclipse/Purolator Company, Motor Components Division. Mary gave willingly of herself working as a volunteer at Woodbrook Assisted Living Residence, Inc., the Chemung County Nursing Facility, and St. Joseph's Skilled Nursing Facility for many years. Her kind and loving nature will be greatly missed by all that were lucky enough to know her and be a part of her life. At Mary's request, there will be no calling hours. A GRAVESIDE SERVICE WILL BE HELD IN SAINT PETER AND PAUL CEMETERY, ELMIRA, ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 3RD, 2022, AT 10AM, REV. SCOTT KUBINSKI, OFFICIATING; INTERMENT IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING.
