Mary Magdalene (Weyers) Glodowski, age 84, of Neenah, Wisconsin, passed away the afternoon of April 15, 2025, at her home in Oak Park Place in Menasha. On May 29, 1940, Mary Magdalene was born to Joseph and Lucille (Kempen) Weyers in Prentice, Wisconsin. Mary was united in marriage to Jerome "Jerry" Glodowski on May 21, 1960, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Bear Creek. They shared 61 years together before his passing in 2021.
She lived a full life of serving others. Mary cared for her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was a devoted Catholic volunteering her time at St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Menasha where she helped serve communion, worked the fish fries, or helped with making baked goods for the bake sales. Mary also volunteered at Theda Clark Hospital from 2004-2020 and loved every moment. One of her proudest achievements was donating over 20 gallons of blood to the community blood bank. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Mary is survived by her loving son, Donald (Mary Leu) Glodowski; her grandchildren: Shaun Glodowski, Jana (Ryan) Nantelle, and Kassandra Glodowski; her great-grandchildren: Lillian Glodowski, Sophie and Carter Nantelle; her brother, Larry Weyers; as well as many nieces, nephews, and God-children.
In addition to her parents Joseph and Lucy, she is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerome Glodowski; her son, David Glodowski; her brothers: Louis Weyers and Sylvester Weyers; sister-in-law, Bea Weyers; and her daughter-in-law, Jackie Glodowski.
The Memorial Service for Mary will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Kessler Fahrenkrug Funeral Home, 304 S. Commercial Street Neenah, Wisconsin 54956. The Memorial Gathering will be held from 11:30am until the hour of service at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place in St. Margaret Cemetery in Neenah.
