Michael Joseph Glodowski

Michael "Mike" Joseph Glodowski entered eternal life on February 7, 2026.

Mike was born September 29, 1946, the son of Joseph "Joe" and Gertrude (Yach) Glodowski. He attended St. Adalbert Catholic Grade School and graduated from Rosholt High School in 1964.

Mike married Bernice Dziedzic on August 23, 1969, at St. Adalbert Catholic Church. He was a successful life long farmer who, through his strong faith and trust in his heavenly Father, was given the opportunity to work alongside his loving and supporting wife and family up until his passing.

Mike loved to travel. His most memorable trips were out west, visiting the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam, as well as Hawaii. Being a man of faith, he was an active member of St. Adalbert Catholic church. In addition to attending mass, he also belonged to the Rosary Society and served as a member of the parish council.

Mike is lovingly survived by his wife, Bernice; his four children, Kevin (Jessica) Glodowski, Keith (Tracy) Glodowski, Doreen (Chris) Trotta, and Sandra Glodowski; 8 grandchildren, Mikaela Glodowski, McKenzie (Adam) Gruna, Colin (Jensen) Glodowski, Johanna Glodowski, Ryan Glodowski, Isaac Glodowski, Adison Glodowski, and Lily Trotta; and 6 great-grandchildren, Abigail Wilson, Ryker Wilson, Arielle Gruna, Lainey Gruna, Keston Glodowski, and Braxton Glodowski. He is further survived by 3 brothers, Paul (Ruth), James, and Thomas (Kim) Glodowski; 1 sister, Judy (Stanley) Jakubek; and 8 Godchildren, Gail (Bill) Hoenie-Schlumbohm, Joe (Jennifer) Jakubek, Adam (April) Glodowski, Ken Glodowski, McKenzie (Adam) Gruna, Johanna Glodowski, Adison Glodowski, and Krista Glodowski.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Gertrude; and his grandparents, Matt and Regina Glodowski and Paul and Martha Yach.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and staff at the James Cancer Center in Columbus, Ohio, the Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield and Stevens Point, and the team of caregivers at Heartland Hospice for the exceptional care given to Mike during his long illness.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at St. Adalbert Catholic Church - 3315 St. Adalberts Road, Rosholt. Father Francis Dias will officiate. Friends and family are invited to gather and share memories at the church beginning at 9:00 AM with a Rosary at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow at St. Adalbert's Parish Cemetery.
