Mary Ann Hoad Obituary
On December 1st, 2023 Mary Ann Hoad passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family and grand dogs Daisy & Kasey. She was born in Big Prairie Township, Michigan on February 17, 1941 to James & Elizabeth (Arnold) Zacharias, the oldest of seven girls.
On February 21, 1958 Mary married the love of her life, Bob. Together building a life time of love and memories with their four children and grandchildren.
Mary had worked at Birds Grocery Store in White Cloud as a meat packager & cashier. She had also worked at Plumb's in White Cloud. She was known as being a generous, selfless, loving mom & grandma. She enjoyed playing games & coloring with the grandkids. She also enjoyed camping & having family time, going on bus trips, and just being together. She always said "Family is a circle".
Mary is survived by her husband Bob of 65 years; daughter Sherrie (Earle) Hable and their children Amy (Tom) Fitzgerald, Brian (Anna) Hable; son Jeff (Cami) Hoad and their children Cody (Missy) Hoad, Jeffrey (Maddie) Hoad, Amber (TJ) Hoad, Rachel (Kevin) Tinkham; son Rick (Vicki) Hoad and their children Nick (Celia) Hoad, Kayli Hoad; 13 great-grandchildren & 5 great-great grandchildren; sisters: Lola Allen, Bev Riggs, Sue (Frank) Herman, Becky Zacharias; and by many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Bobby Hoad, and by her sisters Linda Ferguson & Karen Drake.
