Mary Kathleen Hulings

Mary Kathleen Hulings, 98, of Columbus, PA, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at her residence with her loving son by her side. Mary was born on December 24, 1926, in Johnstown, PA, the daughter of late Theodore and Frances Rowe Murray. Mary was a clerk at Murphy's Department Store for many years. Mary enjoyed playing BINGO, crafts and going to yard sales. Her main priority was raising and caring for family and spending time with them. Mary is survived by her son: Rodney (Virginia) Hulings of Columbus, PA; her brother: Roy (Evelyn) Murray of NV; seven grandchildren: Pamela Hulings, Donald Hulings, Kenneth (Elizabeth) Hulings, Dana Hulings, Amanda (Jose) Mangano, Ryan (Mary) Hulings and Shawn Bates; seven great-grandchildren: Aldon, William, Olivia, Mac, Lachlan, Ledger and Halle and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her husband of fifty-years: Aldon Kenneth Hulings who died on December 21, 1998; three brothers: Theodore, Jerry Dean and Harry Murray; three sisters: Judith Kuhn, Donna Murray and Flora Jean Artman; her son: Donald D. Hulings; her grandson: Duniven Bates and daughter-in-law: Elaine V. Hulings. A graveside service will be held at West Lawn Cemetery, Columbus, PA on Wednesday, November 5th at 2 PM.
