As a young woman, Mary Jo served her country, by working in an airplane factory in California. As well as being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, Mary Jo excelled at cooking, sewing, and being a church secretary for 15 years. She was generous to a fault and spent many years caring for her brothers. She often sacrificed her own needs for her family. As a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, she loved and enjoyed the ladies in her Sunday school class. We love you, mother, and will miss you.
