Mary Angelina Kintner

Mary Angelina (Maiden) Kintner, age 74, of Depauw, Indiana, passed away on February 24, 2025. She was born on July 19, 1950, in Middlesboro, Kentucky to Rutherford Maiden and Dora Mumaw.
Mary devoted her life to being a loving homemaker. She married Merele Kintner in 1971 and together they made their home in Depauw. Throughout her life, Mary was a member of the American Legion Post 332 Women's Auxiliary. She had a passion for cooking, watching television, doing yard work, and, most of all, spending quality time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Rutherford Maiden and Dora Mumaw; her brother, Ronald Maiden; her sisters, Betty Nolot and Janice Naugle; her husband, Merele Kintner Jr.; her daughter, Angela Satterfield; and her granddaughter, Katisha McGuire.
She is survived by her brother, John Maiden; her sister, Audrey (Wayne) Weathers; her daughter, Lisa Stepro; her son, Kevin (Melinda) Kintner; her grandchildren, Robert (Kayla) Campbell III, Chloe Kintner, Elizabeth Kintner, Clarissa Kintner, Logan Kintner, Wyatt Kintner, Kayla Simon; and her great-grandchildren, Ellie Campbell, Gabriel McGuire, and Gauge Wooten.
A visitation will be held Friday, February 28, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Swarens Funeral Home, Ramsey, IN, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM. Cremation was chosen, and arrangements are in the care of Swarens Funeral Home.
