Born on July 3rd, 1945, Jean was the daughter of daughter of Charles and Dorothy Amerman.
Jean grew up in Oldwick and attended both Tewksbury Grammar School and North Hunterdon High School.
She most recently worked as a Sales Receptionist at Mill Direct Carpet in Flemington.
In addition to her parents, Jean was predeceased by her son, Reinhard Peter Kopp in 2023, as well as her brothers, Charles and James Amerman.
Jean leaves behind a daughter, Faith Kopp; a son, Matthew Peters; three grandsons, Graham, Gunner, and Gabriel Brand; her sister, Dorothy Cacia and her husband Frank; as well as her two great-grandsons, Ezekiel and Arkin Brand, of whom she recently legally adopted.
Services were private under the care of Memorial Funeral Home, 155 South Avenue, Fanwood, NJ.
