Mary Louise Mitschke

Graveside services for Mary Mitschke, 77 of Loebau, Texas, are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at the Giddings City Cemetery in Giddings with Tim Pitts officiating.
Mary Louise (Mitchell) Mitschke was born on November 2, 1946 in Houston, Texas to Earl and Daisy (Clifton) Mitchell. She was united in marriage to Ernest Mitschke on December 24, 1960. They were blessed with five children, Pam, Tina, Shannon, Michell, and Krystal. After Ernest's death in 1997, Mary married Raymond "Ray" Navarre on March 17, 2003. Mary worked at Parsley's Fried Chicken in Giddings. She also owned and operated the Country Corner in Giddings for several years. Mary was happiest when she was spending time with her family.
Mary passed away the afternoon of Thursday, February 8, 2024 in Caldwell, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl & Daisy Mitchell; both of her husbands, Ernest Mitschke and Ray Navarre; four grandchildren, Kevin Smith, Amanda Smith, Carter Mitschke, and Kersten Peacock; three brothers, James Mitchell, Jesse Mitchell, and Walter Mitchell, and one sister, Sybil Lundy.
Mary is survived by her five children, Pam Smith & her husband, Frankie of Caldwell, Tina Jacob & her husband, Harlan of Victoria, Shannon Mitschke & his wife, Gail of Brenham, Michell Peacock of The Woodlands, and Krystal Stuart & her husband, Bill of Caldwell; twelve grandchildren, Troy Smith of Caldwell, Ethan Jacob of Victoria, Brandon & Jade Mitschke of Brenham, Hailey Blevins & Edgar Burgos of Killeen, Sierra Blevins of The Woodlands, Cassie Peacock of Conroe, Shane Peacock of The Woodlands, Michael Gonzales of College Station, Adam Mitschke & Blake Hall of Giddings, Cooper Stuart of Caldwell, Clayton & Jolee Stuart of Angleton, and Joseph Stuart of San Antonio; six great grandchildren, Addison Price, Lilynn Mansfield, Conner Mitschke, Cora Jo Mitschke, Hunter Burgos, and Blakely Stuart, and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, the New Testament Riders, or the charity of one's choice.
