Mary K. Museck (nee Ward) of Brick, NJ passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023, at the age of 91.
Mary was born in Newark, NJ, the daughter of the late Eileen (nee Magee) and John Ward. Mary was raised in Maplewood, NJ and had resided in New Providence, NJ, where she and her beloved husband Joseph raised their family, for many years before moving to Brick, NJ.
A graduate of the Katherine Gibbs School, Mary had been employed as a sales associate for Bloomingdale's in Short Hills, NJ before retiring.
Appropriately born on St. Patrick's Day, Mary loved all things Irish. She enjoyed shopping and travelling and was an avid fan of Notre Dame football. Mary was an active parishioner of St. Dominic Church in Brick, where she also volunteered at their thrift shop.
Mary's greatest love was for her family. She was pre-deceased by her loving son Steven Museck. Mary is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Joseph Museck; her loving children, Eileen Dolton and her husband Edward G. Dolton, III, Mark Museck and his wife Chris, and David Museck and his wife Mary; her cherished grandchildren, Kierra LaCorte, Edward G. Dolton, IV, Jessica Tinsley, Laurel, Hope, Isabelle, John, and Nicolas Museck, and three great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held under the direction of Paul Ippolito Summit Memorial, 7 Summit Ave., Summit, NJ.
