Mary Duval Peterson, age 71, of Jasper, Georgia, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2025 at her home. She was born June 14, 1954 to Louis and Wilma Duval in Walton, Georgia.
Mary is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kristi and Chad Wigington of Jasper; brother and sister-in-law, Alan and Janet Duval of Social Circle; grandchildren, Jane Wigington, Gage Wigington, and Kamlyn Wigington.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Warren Lewis Peterson.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Staff of Roper Funeral Home and Crematory.
