Mary Lue Randolph passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Born March 8, 1950 in Wrens, GA, she lived a joyous 73 years of life. As the daughter of Singleton & Lucile Brown, Mary went on to marry Mr. Sheldon Randolph of Douglasville - her "really wonderful man."
She is survived by him after 36 years of marriage; son, Anthony Farmer of Norcross; sisters, Carrie Brown of Wrens, Lula Brown of Atlanta, Shirley Thomas of Wrens, Betty (James) Felder of Wrens; brothers, Bill (Sherry) Brown of Wrens, Donnie (Connie) Brown of Wrens; grandchildren, Jasmyn (Jamal) Patmon, Jaliya Farmer; great grandchildren, Parker Patmon and Kasen Patmon.
Her family extends far beyond those listed above. Whether a cousin, neighbor or a friend - she welcomed everyone as her own. Even over the course of the last 12 years, she found family at DaVita Dialysis.
She was not just a master seamstress, but a hell of a seamstress with an extensive client list based on referrals alone & knew her way around a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle building up quite the artistic collection. Prior to her retirement, she earned several safety & leadership awards with CKS Packaging, Inc. as well.
Family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville on Saturday, June 10, 2023 from 1:00PM until 2:00PM. The memorial service will follow at 2:00PM in the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Cory and Demetria Macon officiating.
Messages of condolence may be sent to http://www.jones-wynn.com. Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Inc. and Crematory of Douglasville is in charge of the arrangements. 770-942-2311.
