Mary Sharpless Obituary
Mary Ellen Sharpless, 80, of Dutton, Virginia passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025. Mary was born on January 17, 1945 in Chester, Pennsylvania to Evan and Elsie Sharpless. She loved bowling, traveling with friends, and trips to Rosie’s. She was a very active member of Locust Grove Church.
She was predeceased by her parents; her brother, Evan (Bubby) Sharpless.
She is survived by her sister, Emily Baker, and many nieces and nephews.
A service of remembrance will be held at Locust Grove Church at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 30, 2025. Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews is assisting the family.
