Mary Ida Warrenfeltz

Mary Ida Warrenfeltz, 93, of Winchester, VA and formerly of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at her home.

She was the daughter of the late Arthur David Hoover and the late Grace Dorthy (Semler) Hoover. She was also preceded in death by her husband Paul Edgar Warrenfeltz.

She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Chewsville, MD, where she volunteered with Sunday School and Vacation Bible School.

She is survived by her daughters Cherie May Parsons and husband Phillip, and Joan Grace White; sister Rose McDonald and husband Tom; grandchildren, Andrew Paul Parsons and wife Terri, Eric David Parsons and wife Danielle, Michelle White, and Heather Hernandez White and husband Cristian Hernandes Espana; great grandchildren Chloe Robbins, Charlotte Parsons, Javarion Jackson, and Jose Hernandez White.

She was preceded in death by her sisters Dorothy Deibert, Geraldine Nicholas, and Virginia Daily-Wolf; brothers Arthur Hoover and George Hoover.

Services will be held Tuesday, April 7,2026, at 1:00 pm at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd. North Hagerstown, MD, with the Reverend Jim Johnson officiating.

Family will receive family and friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 6, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Interment will be at Mt. Zion United Methodist Cemetery, Myersville, MD.
