Mary Jane Westerfield, 93, went home to be with the Lord on October 7, 2024.
She was born in Alliance, Ohio to Edwin and Helen Garman. She grew up in Cleveland Heights. She then attended Manchester College in Manchester, Indiana, where she met the love of her life, Gordon Westerfield. They were married June 16, 1951.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years. She is survived by her three children, daughter, Cinda O’Shaughnessy, son, Kent (Lynne) Westerfield, and son (Gary (Kelly) Westerfield. She is survived by six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Northminster Church in Cuyahoga Falls. She enjoyed reading, playing the piano, gardening and sewing.
Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial will take place.
