Mary Frances Wibley, 88, of Marysville, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2023 at Memorial Gables surrounded by her loving family.

A devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother, she was a wonderful homemaker and found great joy in babysitting for her grandchildren. She formerly attended the Christian Assembly Church, most recently attended the Freewill Baptist Church and was a life member of the VFW Post #3320 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed sewing, crafts and the Ohio State Buckeyes. She was truly treasured by her family and they will dearly miss her collecting all of their spare pennies she used to create her one-of-a-kind birthday and anniversary cards for them.

Born July 14, 1934 in Point Pleasant, WV, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin F. and Neva (Dewberry) Milton.  On October 16, 1954, at the Marysville First United Methodist Church, she married her husband of nearly 50 years, Charles W. Wibley and he preceded her in death on February 20, 2004. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, John Wibley; sons-in-law, Mike Drumm, Richard “Dickie” Bolenbaugh and Vaughn Organ; sisters, Nearie Waugh and Loretta Randall; brothers, Miles “Pete” Milton, Frank Milton and Sam Milton; sisters-in-law, Mary McConnahea, Joyce Wibley and Velda Wibley; and brothers-in-law, Bayliss Waugh, Paul Wibley, Richard “Dick” Wibley and Robert McConnahea.

She is survived by her daughters, Rosetta Drumm of Marysville, Patty Bolenbaugh of Urbana and Betty Organ of Marysville; a son, Bill (Rose) Wibley of West Mansfield; 21 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Kenneth “Butch” Wibley of Lakeview; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family and friends.

Services to honor the life of Mary will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, April 21, 2023 at the Wilson Funeral Home, Marysville. Rev. Paul Bogenrife will officiate and burial will follow at the Oakdale Cemetery, next to her husband.  Her 6 grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 P.M.
