Wesley V. Wibley, age 91, of Gladwin, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024. He was born on August 24, 1932, to Wesley and Mildred (Keller) Wibley in Ohio. On December 14, 1953, he married Anita Page, and they shared a loving journey together.
Wesley proudly served in the United States Army and later enjoyed a fulfilling career as a car salesman for Durand Chevrolet until his retirement. An avid nature enthusiast, he found joy in fishing and birdwatching.
He is survived by his wife, Anita; children: Michael (Cherie) Wibley, Robert (Diane) Wibley, and Debra (Robin) Harford; grandchildren: Stephen Harford, Amanda Maki, William (Kristy) Harford, Travis (Megan) Wibley, and Kristina (Jason) Degg; along with 15 great-grandchildren; and brother: John (Elaine) Wibley.
Wesley was preceded in death by his parents and his granddaughter, Mary Harford.
A memorial service to celebrate Wesley's life will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at the Gladwin Assembly of God Church. The family will receive guests from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
