Mary Haar Wilson "Bootsie" of Boca Raton Fl passed away at St. Andrews Estates on June 3, 2023.
She was born in Charlotte NC. On March 26, 1930
Mary ( Bootsie) is survived by her husband of 66 years Norman S. Wilson. They spent most of their married life living in Connecticut, moving to Florida in 2018 to be closer to family members. Mary and Norm served at their church Nichols United Methodist for many years.
Mary is also survived by her son, "Hank" Wilson of Boca Raton. Grandchildren Jason Wilson, Shannon Wilson both from Connecticut. Andrew ( Anna) Wilson of Boynton Beach Fl., Kurt Wilson (Natasha), Boca Raton Fl., Kristina Wilson, Boca Raton Fl., and Daniel "Danny" Wilson of Connecticut, great grandchild Parker Wilson of Boca Raton Fl. Brother in law George Richard (Joyce) Wilson of New Castle Delaware. Nephew Harry J. (Suzannah) Haar Myrtle Beach South Carolina, niece Mindy(Bradley) Rendell, Winnetka Illinois, niece Betty (Thomas) Rohe, Townsend Delaware, niece Linda (Steven) Cooke, Middletown Delaware. Mary was predeceased by her parents Henry and Mary Haar, Brother Harry J. (Barbara) Haar, Spartanburg South Carolina, nephew Cameron Haar, Spartanburg South Carolina and her son George Wilson, West Wardsboro Vermont.
A private family service will be held on Saturday June 10 @ 11:00 am at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers donations to be made to the Nichols United Methodist Church women's group (www.nicholsUMC. Org) in her name.

Mary was a kind lady who always had a smile on her face when I would see her at Nichols United Methodist Church in Trumbull. My condolences to Norm and her family.
