BOWEN, MATTHEW D. of Orion Township; passed away July 13, 2024 at the age of 58; Loving son of Anna and the late Daniel Bowen, Sr.; Dear brother of Debra (Timothy) Cahill and the late Daniel Bowen, Jr; beloved uncle of Mark (Amber) Bowen, Daniel (Fannie) Bowen III, Maria (James) Sutton, Tim Cahill II, Tamera (James) Malane, Joel Cahill, Christopher Cahill and the late Teresa Bowen; Cherished great-uncle of Kennedy Bowen, Colton Bowen, Grace Bowen, Addison Bowen, Aliyah Cahill, Silas Cahill, Brendan Malane, Ella Malane, Connor Sutton, Walker Sutton and Grant Sutton; also survived by many other relatives and close friends. Matthew loved cooking, camping, hunting and spending time with those he loved. He was a life long member of the Apostolic Church of Auburn Hills and enjoyed singing with the choir. A celebration of Matthew's life will be held 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2024 at The Apostolic Church of Auburn Hills, 3655 N Squirrel Road, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. The family will receive friends at the church from 5:00 P.M. until the time of service. Interment 11:00 A.M. Saturday, July 20, 2024 at Van Hoosen Jones Cemetery, 570 E Tienken Road, Rochester Hills, Mi 48306.
