In Loving Memory of Matthew Dennis Sr.

It is with deep sorrow and profound love that we announce the passing of Matthew Dennis Sr., who departed this life on 10/31/2025 at the age of 71. A devoted father, and cherished friend to all who knew him, Matthew leaves behind a legacy of kindness, wisdom, and unwavering strength.
Born in Chester, PA, Matthew was known for his quiet resilience and generous spirit. He always put family and community at the heart of everything he did. Whether offering sage advice, lending a helping hand, or sharing a warm smile, he made those around him feel seen, heard, and loved.
He is survived by his beloved brothers, children and grandchildren, including Melvin Dennis Sr. (Brother), Calvin Dennis (Brother), Shana Williams, Rondric Williams Sr. (Spouse), Nicole Dennis, Crystal Blue, Dustin Blue (Spouse), Matthew Dennis Jr., Tracey Dennis. Grandchildren Rondric Williams Jr., Keyshawn Williams, and Keyara Williams, who will carry forward his values and memory with pride. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the stories we tell, and the love we continue to share.
A Farewell Service will be held 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Monday, November 10, 2025, at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA. 19073, where family and friends will gather to honor his life and legacy. A Celebration of Life Repass will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025 from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM at Joe Hughes Memorial Hall, 1112 East 7th Street, Eddystone, PA 19022.
Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing that Matthew’s journey continues in peace and finally joins his Brothers James Dennis Jr., Warren Dennis, John Dennis, David Dennis, Charles Dennis, and beloved wife, Denise Dennis. May his memory be a blessing and his love remain a force in our lives.
