Emilio “Bill Venuti, of Newtown Square, PA, sadly passed away on October 31, 2025, at the age of 81.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Joseph and Philomena (née Guida) Venuti.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen (née Ewan) Venuti, his cherished daughter, Kim McWilliams (Jim), his dear sons, Greg Venuti (Megan), and Rich Venuti. Bill is also survived by his precious grandchildren, Andrew (Kelsey), Rachel, Nicholas (Trinity), Lucas, and Talia.
Bill was a proud graduate of Wildwood Catholic High School. He then served honorably in the US Army during the Vietnam War, demonstrating his commitment to his country and duty. Bill went on to earn an Associate’s Degree from Temple University. His educational journey laid the foundation for a successful career as a Repair Technician with GE Medical, where he dedicated many years of his life to his profession.
Bill greatest joy came from his family, particularly in taking care of his grandchildren. He treasured attending their various sporting events and dance recitals, consistently showing unwavering support and encouragement. His presence in their lives brought immeasurable happiness and comfort.
An avid sports enthusiast, Bill loved to hang out and watch all the Philadelphia sports games, sharing in the highs and lows of the teams he loved with fellow fans and friends.
Bill will be forever missed by his family, whose lives he touched with his kindness and a generous spirit.
Relatives and friends are invited to honor Bill’s life at his Visitation that will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, between 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at The Donohue Funeral Home, 3300 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073. Interment private.
