Matthew Adam Rollins passed away unexpectedly doing what he loved, building a patio, on October 21, 2024. Matt was born in Wolfeboro August 26, 1972, the son of William and Jacquelyn Rollins. Matt was a lifelong resident of Tuftonboro and a graduate of Kingswood Regional High School.
He owned and operated "Roots of Nature" a landscaping company. His passions in life included his family, his work, live music, all outdoor activities, sports especially ice hockey, which he even coached for a few years, fishing, and being a part of the family tradition of making maple syrup. Known for his incredible work ethic, he had a talent for transforming the ordinary into something beautiful. His dedication to his craft and charismatic personality will be remembered by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Amy (Porusta) Rollins and his three children Atley Rollins, along with his two stepchildren Evan and Olivia McKenna all of Tuftonboro. His sister and her husband Andrea and David Capron of Ossipee, his parents, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the Rollins family requests that donations be made to the NH Selects hockey team, where his son Atley Rollins is a member. This contribution will directly support youth athletes in New Hampshire and beyond. Thank you for honoring their wishes.
