Maurice N. Comtois

Maurice N. Comtois, age 84, a longtime resident of Dracut, passed away at his home on Thursday, January 5, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Ann M. (Curran) Comtois with whom he enjoyed 62 years of marriage.
He was born in Lowell on July 18, 1938 and was the son of the late Rosaire and Bertha (Dalaplante) Comtois.
Maurice graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1955. He worked as a salesman for 10 years at Sears and Roebuck selling home appliances and later in his career, he worked in sales at National Grid for 16 years before retiring. Maurice loved to travel with his wife and family and especially enjoyed his summers in Sebago, ME on Sebago Lake.
In addition to his loving wife, Maurice is survived by his two sons, Mike Comtois of Dracut and Kevin Comtois of Lowell; his brother Joseph Roland Comtois and his wife Janice of Nashua, NH; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Sadly, in addition to his parents, Maurice is predeceased by his brothers, Paul and Joseph Edward Comtois; and his daughter-in-law Laura Comtois.
At the family's request all services were held privately.
