Maurice J. Kunz age 97, of Burlington, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, July 17, 2025. He was born in Covington, Kentucky on October 30, 1927 to Oscar L. and Clara M. Kunz (nee Lucas).
He was preceded in death by his Father, Oscar L. Kunz, Mother, Clara M. Kunz, also by 2 brothers Raymond and David Kunz, and a Sister Mary Lou Foti.
Maurice was and artist and loved painting, he was an avid hiker and had hiked the Applachian Trail. He took great pride in his property in Burlington, Kentucky, where he developed it to resemble a park like setting. He was also a U.S. Army Veteran, having proudly served in WWII. In his earlier years he enjoyed acting and had roles in a number of plays.
