She maintained her French accent to the end. One of her family's greatest memory will be for Christmas day, she set a beautiful table and cooked and served a great meal. Mauricette was my dearest friend with whom I enjoyed many heartwarming occasions. We shared a deep love of French cooking, culture, and language. She enjoyed life to the fullest, and encouraged everyone else to do the same. The ever-present love and devotion of her son, Erich, and his family enhanced her long and happy life.
Rest in peace, my dear friend. I will miss you.
