Max C. Dixon, 73, of Ogden, Utah passed away peacefully on January 22, 2026, after a very courageous battle with Cancer. He was born August 25, 1952, in Hico, Texas and was the son of Max C Dixon Sr, and Bobbie (Jean) L Johnson.
After graduating from high school in Jefferson, Oregon, he went to work as a machinist and later moved to Ogden, Utah where he went to work as a tooling Specialist for Western Zirconium where he worked for 32 years until his retirement.
He was preceded in death by his father Max Sr and his Mother Jean and a daughter Heather Morris.
Max is survived by his wife Darlena Dixon. A daughter Shannon Dixon and a son Shawn Dixon. Two stepdaughters, Katie Fuller and Jolene Lunning, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of Life will be held in Salem, Oregon and will be announced at a later date.
