Maxwell H. Trentman, was born on October 5, 2006, in Cincinnati Ohio. He passed away tragically and too soon on October 1, 2025. He is survived by his father, Bill Trentman and sister, Haley, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Trentman nee Heppler.
Max was a bright and spirited young man whose impact on all who knew him will be felt deeply. Max was a graduate of Lakota West High School and was currently pursuing his passion for mechanical engineering at the University of Cincinnati. His enthusiasm for building and creating was evident to everyone around him. He got joy from of all forms of wheeled transportations, from his young days on a bike or scooter to his teens with his hoverboard and car. Max loved the outdoors, where he found joy and adventure in fishing, camping and riding his motorcycle.
Max developed great friendships and experiences while being part of the Lakota West Marching Band. He shared countless cherished memories with his sister, Haley and cousins. Together, they enjoyed games, outings, and the simple joys of life, bonding through laughter and shared experiences. His warmth and kindness left a mark on his family and friends, something they will carry with them always.
Max’s loving father, Bill Trentman, alongside his sister, Haley, family, and friends, will forever hold onto the memories of his infectious spirit. Though he has departed from this world, the light he brought into the lives of those around him will continue to shine brightly. Max will be dearly missed, and his legacy of passion and love will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know him.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday October 7, 2025 from 10 am until the time of the funeral service beginning at 12 noon, at Hodapp Funeral Home in West Chester, 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd (US 42) . Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason, Ohio.
