Meda Batts Obituary
She is survived by her children: Sandra B. Morgan (Brad) and Neal Batts (Susan); grandchildren: Keri Ayscue (Derek), Ashley Allen (Thomas), Katie Tugwell (Derek) and Jonathan Batts (Megan); great grandchildren: Julianne Allen, Lily Kate Tugwell, Dawson Tugwell, Adelaide Allen, Mariella Ayscue, Mack Allen, Stratton Batts, Ellie Tugwell, Merritt Batts.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Percy L. Batts, and siblings: Ruby, M.T., Mildred, and R.B.
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, November 3, 2025, at Maplewood Cemetery, 400 College St. NE, Wilson, NC 27893.
The family will receive friends and relatives, prior to the graveside service, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, at the funeral home, 944 Old Knight Road, Knightdale.
