Melanie J. Sevcik

It is with great sadness, the family of Melanie Jenice Sevcik of Upper Gwynedd, PA announces she has lost her battle with cancer. Passing on October 10th, 2017, she was 59 “years” old. Melanie was a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for the State of Pennsylvania, working as a behavior specialist for families with MR and autism disabilities. She was a talented musician, sharing her talent as a flutist and keyboardist with her church and the Verdi Band. She is lovingly and gratefully remembered by her husband David of 30 years, sons Austin and Zachary, mother Joanna, Sister and Brother Michelle and Rick. We are comforted knowing she has joined her earthly father, Merlin and our Heavenly Father for eternity. Melanie loved vacationing with family and friends, attending NASCAR races, and Penn State football games. A celebration of life service will be held on November 4th, 3:00 pm at LCBC Church 100 Main Street, Harleysville, PA 19438. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Manna on Main Street, Lansdale, PA.
