Melinda was outgoing, fun-loving and never met a stranger. She had a way to reel you in with her laugh and unforgettable humor. She enjoyed working in retail as she said it gave her the opportunity to make others smile. She was affectionately known to many as Mindy Hungry as she always loved to go somewhere to eat.
She is survived by a daughter Mariah D. Morgan, a son Bryson D. Morgan, her sister Krystal Souder, a very special friend who was like a sister Margaret Clark, her mother Linda Morgan and her grandmother, Imogene Morgan and a host of friends and family. We will never forget you and your "got milk" phrase which made us laugh quite often. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Ralph D. Morgan, her grandmother Katherine Hammond, grandfather Delbert Hammond a special friend Rynnion Barnes and her father Gregory Hammond.
A celebration of life will take place from 6:00-8:00 pm on Thursday, May 1, 2025 at Tucker, Yocum & Wilson Funeral Home, 320 West Main Street, Georgetown, KY 40324. Friends and family are encouraged to leave messages of condolence and share memories here on Melinda's wall.
