Melissa Douglas Obituary
On Monday, December 2, 2024, Melissa Clark Douglas passed suddenly. She was an Oak Ridge native who spent time in California, as well as Clinton and Knoxville, TN.
Melissa is survived in death by her three children: Richard Blake Douglas (son), Austin Grant Douglas (son), Rebecka Megan Douglas (daughter.)
She is also survived in death by two brothers, Jason Clark and Scott Clark.
Melissa had a giving heart and a free spirit. She loved to read mystery novels, and was a talented writer and artist herself.
She loved music, especially 80s and 90s rock.
Melissa loved any person or animal she met and always desired to care for those around her.
She will be dearly missed. A small service will be held on December 10th, 2024 at Mott-McKamey funeral home in Oak Ridge, TN.
The visitation will begin at 5:30pm.
Mott-McKamey Funeral Home and Cremations is assisting the Douglas family.
