Melvin was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He attended Bolivar High School and graduated in 1995.
Melvin married the love of his life Stacy Antal on March 9, 2018.
He is preceded in death by Ken O' Rourke and Dusty Hall.
Melvin is survived by his parents, Carol and Dusty Hall, biological father, Melvin Ray Packer II, wife Stacy Diane Packer, sons, Dameion Micheal Packer, Domanick Alex Ray Packer, and Channing Ray Packer, grandchildren, Tidus Packer and Charles McMillin, sisters, Brandi Fox and Mellissa Packer, brothers, Patrick Marshall, and Jeremie Hall..
He enjoyed time with his wife and children, carpentry, hunting, golf, camping, and the outdoors. Melvin was a beautiful, kind generous soul that took care of his family.
