Mevolean Bunn Obituary
A native of Woodruff, South Carolina, daughter of the late Roy William and Agnes Rogers Waddell. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are five daughters, Linda Hamby (Bill) of Wellford, Dianne Connor of Spartanburg, Mellody Sharpton (Tim) of Montana, Wanda Blalock of Pauline, and Janie Dillenger (Terry) of Gaffney; eight grandchildren, Beverly Buscemi (Clint Barrett), Kelli Ferry (Jonathan), Adam Hamby, Tyler Sharpton (Jon Sigurosson), Rhys Sharpton, Jake Blalock (Jenni), Anthony Dillenger (Jennifer), and Jesup Dillenger (Kelly); thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Bunn was predeceased by a son, John Bunn; two sisters, Elva Waddell and Jewel Nyberg; and three brothers, Barney Waddell, John Waddell, and David Waddell.
A visitation will be held 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 6, 2025, at The Wood Mortuary.
