Michael Barnhart Obituary

Mike was born March 15, 1943, in Madison, West Virginia, to Darrell and Vada Barnhart. He dedicated 36 years of his life as a letter carrier in Madison before retiring and moving to Florida.
Mike's wife, Janet; his two sons, Christopher and Philip; his sister, Patricia, and their families will miss him dearly. They take comfort knowing he is in his eternal, heavenly home.
The family will plan a celebration of Mike's life later this year.
In lieu of flowers, love contributions may be made to "Bring on the Ministry" in Bradenton, Florida, or the Gideons. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43rd Chapel, 604 43rd Street West, Bradenton, FL 34209, is in charge of arrangements.

Mike and Janet are long time friends. Always loved getting together with them when they came home to West Virginia. Mike loved his West Virginia hot dogs and never went back to Florida without having his (sometimes daily) fill of hillbilly hot dogs. Praying for my friend Janet and her family.

Dick and I have had many happy times with Mike specially over meals. He will be greatly missed any time we have pizza. And our trips to Pigeon Forge for the Christmas in the Smokies. We take comfort in the knowledge that he is out of pain and safely home with the Lord.
