Michael D. Beitler, 74, of Allentown, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Phoebe Allentown. He was the husband of the late Virginia M. (Hein) Beitler. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Harold R. and Mildred V. (White) Beitler.

Michael was a proud veteran having served his country in the United States Navy. Michael began his working career at Bethlehem Steel and then Mack Trucks before retiring from the United States Postal Service. Michael loved to collect Hot Wheels, watch old western shows and was a huge fan of Dee Snider from Twisted Sister.

Michael is survived by his stepson Scott Grim; brother Harvey Beitler; sisters Dolores Mertz, June Beitler, and Robin Beitler. He will also be missed by his grandchildren Scott, Jr., Joshua, husband of Jessica, Sabrina and Logan Grim and Eric Pacchioli and two great granddaughters.

Services will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Trexler Funeral Home, 1625 W. Highland St. Allentown, PA 18102. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Allentown. A calling period will begin at 10:00 AM.

Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Home c/o the funeral home.
