It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael H. Bellesfield, beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, who left this world on July 20, 2025 at the age of 38.
Born on February 7, 1987 in Easton Pa. Michael was a man known for his unwavering love, quiet strength, and generous heart. He had a remarkable way of making everyone feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether through his laughter, his wisdom, or simply his presence, he touched the lives of all who knew him. Michael was the devoted husband of Kayla (Kulow), married September 1, 2013, together they built a life full of love, resilience, and shared dreams. He was a proud father to Briella and Amelia, who will forever carry his spirit and lessons with them.
Michael was a 2005 graduate of Easton Area High School. Following high school he enlisted in the Army reserves where he served deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan and Cuba and is presently serving with the Army Reserves out of Pittsburgh.
Mr. Bellesfield was working as a foreman at Washington Penn Plastics in Arden.
He had a deep love for hunting, fishing, golfing and woodworking, and his legacy will live on in the many lives he inspired and supported. Those who knew him will remember his integrity, his strong work ethic, and the way he made others feel at home.
He is survived by his parents Edward and Tammy (DeRohn) of Easton; brother Edward Bellesfield (Marisa); sister Ashley Bellesfield; two nephews Ethan Bellesfield and Jordan Scatori; a niece Elizabeth Bellesfield; and maternal grandfather Charles DeRohn of Easton.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Gladys DeRohn; and paternal grandparents, Joan and Richard Bellesfield.
Though he may no longer walk beside us, Michael will forever remain in our hearts. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8, Sunday, in the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home where services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 28, 2025.
