Michael S. Bento

Michael S. Bento, a cherished brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2025, at the age of 68 at home. Born on August 24, 1956, in Framingham, Michael was the beloved son of the late Anthony A. and Margaret M. (DeMatties) Bento and was a lifelong resident of Milford.
Michael's dedication to his work was evident in his long-standing career at Ardagh Glass in Milford, formerly Foster Forbes, where he contributed his skills and expertise for over 39 years. Michael's proficiency extended beyond his professional life. He was also a trained certified auto mechanic, a testament to his love for hands-on problem-solving and his ability to understand the intricacies of machinery.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Michael was an avid bass fisherman and sportsman. His love for the outdoors was a significant part of his life, providing him with countless hours of joy and tranquility.
Michael is survived by his brother, James A. Bento and his wife Lynn of CT; his sister, Linda Bento-Rei and her husband Stephen of FL; his niece, Caitlyn Bernabucci and her husband Michael; his nephew, Kyle Bento and his wife Victoria; and his three grandnephews, Wyatt, Quinn, and Tucker. He also leaves behind his beloved cat, Luna, who was a constant companion and source of joy in his life.
