Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025at 2:00 p.m. at Peoples Funeral Home Chapel, 886 North Farish Street, Jackson, Mississippi. His Final Resting Place will be at Ross Chapel Church Cemetery, Old Jackson Road, Gluckstadt, Mississippi.
A fussy little baby boy was born into this world on September 11,1970 to Charline Bolden and Sonny Bullock. That baby was named Michael Anthony Bolden.
Michael, Mike or Kitten as some may know him received his education in the Jackson Public School District, where he spent his High School Years at Murrah High School. Michael is a member of the M..W. King Hiram Grand Lodge.
On September 8, 2007, Michael took his love, Shymeka Fleming's hand in Holy Matrimony! Mike and Shymeka have shared 19 years of endless love together.
A little known fact about Michael, he's a die hardDallas Cowboys fan. If you want to get Michael riled up, talk about his Cowboys, that will be a non endingfeud, lol.
Michael departed this life on June 5, 2025 at the age of 54. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Hortense Bolden Moore and his paternal grandmother, Clottie Bullock.
Left to cherish his memories are a loving and devoted wife, Shymeka Bolden; one daughter, Yolanda Thompson; one son, Michael Bolden Jr; two stepsons: Kenneth Fleming and Kenyata Fleming; one step daughter, Shalondra Lee (La'Tonia); three grand-children: Steven Brakefield, Aniyah Brakefield and Alaysia Brakefield; six bonus grandkids: his stank stank, Hayden Fleming, Chase Fleming, Khali Fleming, Khloe Fleming, KJ Fleming and Asiyah Jones; his mom, Charline Bolden; his dad, Sonny Bullock (Wanda); three sisters: Timika Burnett, SharlieBullock, Teresa Stevenson (Lontreal) and Rayschundra Coleman; and a host of relatives and friends.
