Michael Brodbeck Obituary
Michael was born on May 20, 1963 in Peoria, IL to Michael James Brodbeck, Sr. and Linda E. (Lucas) Boston. He married Nenita H. Halichic on October 21, 1986 in the Philippines.
Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Nenita; his sons, Patrick Brodbeck of Bartonville, IL and Jason Brodbeck of Peoria, IL; his daughter, Kari Brodbeck of Chillicothe, IL; his sister, Krista Harney of Roscoe, IL; his brothers, Matthew (Jolen) Martinez and Christopher Martinez, both of Machesney Park, IL; and 10 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister and brother-in-law, Kari (Timothy) Thornton.
Michael served in the U.S. Air Force before joining the workforce. He was an Engineer for Caterpillar for over 25 years. Michael was also a talented musician, playing the bass guitar. He was a member of the band, Wolf and Gypsy, and he played on the Chillicothe Christian Church Praise Band.
Cremation rites will be accorded and there will be no services at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe.
