Mr. Broussard was born in Ville Platte, Louisiana on February 26, 1956, to the late Darrel and Myra Auzenne Broussard. Michael's life was filled with joy, love, and a deep connection to his family and friends. He led a fulfilling career as Maintenance Supervisor at CVD Ceramics before retiring. Outside of work, Michael had a passion for the outdoors that knew no bounds. Hunting and fishing were more than just pastimes; they were invigorating adventures that allowed him to appreciate the beauty of nature. Whether it was pursuing game or casting a line into calm waters, these activities brought him immense joy and tranquility. However, what truly defined Michael's spirit was his unwavering devotion to his family. His love for them was unending and showed in every action and word. He prioritized spending time with his children and grandchildren, and cherished the moments they shared together. Michael found great delight in playing cards and engaging in friendly competition with family and friends. These lively gatherings created lasting memories that will forever be treasured by those who were fortunate enough to be part of them.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Carroll Broussard.

Michael's passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will forever be missed, but never forgotten.
