Michael Cash Obituary
Mr. Cash was born in Frankfurt, Germany on August 8, 1956. He was the son of Clara Mae Perdue Cash and the late Charles Van Cash. He was a true man of honor and a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Cash retired after 45 years of service as an engineer from Alstom where he oversaw the transportation trains in Hartsfield Jackson Airport. Mr. Cash will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend.
Survivors include his wife, Collette Carmen Bukucs Cash; children and spouses, Kristy and Richard Stephens and Allison Smith; grandchildren, Makayla Baker, Joseph Combs and Elizabeth Rose Smith; great-grandchild, Alaster Cox; step-children, Colette Bukucs, Michelle Bukucs, Francisco Bukucs, Nichole Bukucs, and Emilio Bukucs and Jimmy Exley; mother, Clara Mae Cash; brother, Charles Cash; sisters, Cindy Bowman, Pamela Paulsen and Joan Garn; nieces, nephews, and other family also survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Michael Dale Cash will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Haisten McCullough Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will be held in Westwood Gardens.
The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the service hour at the funeral home.
