He came to OE in 2003 after one of our staff met him in a nursing home and promptly worked to get him emergency placement so he could have a meaningful life; something he wasn't able to receive in his current location.
He lived in Fiesta Group Home and attended DLS where he was loved daily and given every opportunity to thrive.
