Michael Francis Christman

Michael Francis Christman of Bensalem, PA, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023 after fighting a short battle with lung cancer. He was 70 years old. Born on January 13, 1953 in Fort Meade, MD, he was the son of the late Theresa Christman.
Michael excelled within any company for which he worked, moving right up the ranks. He was detail-oriented and people-focused, strengths which led to great success working in the banking industry as a financial advisor, helping others to plan for their futures. But perhaps his greatest love of all was being a devoted family man. His bond with his wife and son was unbreakable. There were countless trips to Disney World over the decades among other favorite destinations. He loved all of the Philadelphia sports teams but in particular he and his son spent much quality time treating each other to Eagles games over the years.
For some quiet relaxation time, Michael could be found on the golf course which leant itself to creating priceless memories with good friends. Also in later years, his son, Michael, found the love of golf, which further strengthened their father-son bond.
Michael leaves behind his beloved wife of 41 years, Cynthia Anne Christman, and their loving son, Michael Ryan (Jillian). He will be eternally missed by his dear sister, Delores Diehl, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, goddaughter Meghan, nieces and nephews, and numerous friends; whether friends from childhood or those he met along the way, he cherished them all.
Relatives and friends are invited to Michael's Life Celebration on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 10:00 – 11:00am at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020 followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00am.
