He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Royce and Gail Collins, uncles Brian and Danny Collins. Special cousin, Miranda LeighAnn Spurlin, and uncle Joseph Endres.
The family left to cherish his memory are his parents Kelli McLendon Collins (Joe VanHouter) and Michael Andrew Collins (Kimberly) all of Phenix City, AL. His sister, Alyssa Collins (Blake Brewer), and his nephew Sam of Columbus, GA. Stepbrothers Devin Howell (Amber) of Columbus, GA, and Spencer Howell (Sabin Martinez) of Stockton, CA. His uncle Joey McLendon (Staci) of Salem, AL. Stepsisters Jordan VanHouter of Shady Dale, GA. Special aunts Karren Endres-French (Carmen) of Phenix City, AL, and affectionately known as "Granny" Betty Coulter. Additionally many more cousins and family members.
He leaves behind his lifelong friend, Jordan Tharpe of Phenix City, AL, and friend and gaming buddy, Julian Barreto of New Jersey.
Michael was known for his quick sense of humor and one-liners. His devilish smile and his tender and compassionate heart. His love for animals especially Coacoa, Bear, Mickey, and Archie. He was a big Georgia football fan and loved to play soccer. He was an avid movie buff of all genres foreign and domestic. He was popular in the gaming community for his exceptional talents with various games.
A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you make a donation to your local humane society.
